Juvenile Hall Residential Service Worker

$3,035 - $3,688 Monthly

The Juvenile Hall Residential Service Worker provides a variety of services including:


  • Laundering dirty linens and contaminated clothing for youth in custody
  • Keeping intake and housing unit closets stocked with clothing, towels, sheets, and blankets

Housekeeping (warehouse, bathrooms, and staff breakroom)

  • Emptying wastebaskets, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning windows
  • Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies
  • Dusting, polishing, and maintaining general cleanliness in staff-designated spaces
  • Maintaining inventory of clothing, toiletries, linens, and sports equipment through the warehouse

Food Preparation

  • Preparing, cooking, handling, and serving food
  • Washing dishes, pots, and pans
  • Maintaining sanitation standards
